Pansion Filoxenia is located in Tsoukalades , 6km from the town of Lefkada and 3 km first beach of Pefkoulia on the west coast. 2km distance is Agios Nikitas beach, and then Milos beach. 2km from Milos beach is Kathisma beach. Tsoukalades-Kathisma beach is 8 minutes drive by car. Then is Kalamitsi and then Big Gialos beach. Egremnoi beach follows and then Porto Katsiki beach.
Pansion Filoxenia consists of 10 apartments and 7stoudios, for couples, group of friends and families looking for comfortable furnished rooms along with easy access to beaches and seas of western Lefkada.
There are double bed room-studios, triple bed rooms-studios, apartments with double or triple bed rooms to accommodate 4 to 5 persons. All rooms and apartments have wooden furniture and tiled floors. All rooms have balconies with garden view. The rooms-studios and apartments up in the attic have sea view.
